Problem with WO/COOKHILL/513(C) and WK/260/AL/121/2

A map is shown below. The underlying map is an Ordnance Survey 1:25000 map that has been produced by Bing. On the underlying map, public rights of way (PROW) are indicated by dashed green lines. Solid lines have been superimposed on top of the underlying map (and will usually hide these dashed green lines). A solid red line signifies a footpath, a solid magenta line signfies a bridleway, a solid green line signifies a restricted byway and a solid blue line signifies a byway open to all traffic (BOAT). These solid lines have been produced from data obtained from the Council of Warwickshire (WK) and from the Council of Worcestershire (WO). You can click on a solid line to get more details about that PROW. You can click on the + and - buttons to zoom in/out. Often the boundary line becomes more obvious if you zoom out.

There's a footpath that crosses the border between Warwickshire and Worcestershire which seems to have a bit that is missing from the datasets provided by the two councils. The footpath is WK/260/AL/121/2 and WO/COOKHILL/513(C). The bit that is missing runs from about SP046614 (52.25101,-1.93394) to SP045613 (52.25068,-1.93427). I think that means the gap is about 43 metres long.

I've looked at the online map provided by Warwickshire using the postcode B96 6LS and a zoom of 1:10000 but it is difficult to see whether the missing bit appears on this map. I think it does. If so, that means the data has not mapped the full length of WK/260/AL/121/2.

I've looked at the online map provided by Worcestershire using the postcode B96 6LS. And the extent of WO/COOKHILL/513(C) on the map agrees with that given in their data.

I think this missing bit is in Warwickshire.

Action
I plan to e-mail Warwickshire, but I've not yet done this as I'm awaiting a reply to a previous e-mail about two other problems.
